I have had to make many adjustments to my practice to ensure I am Covid secure.
These include :
• Removing all soft furnishings
• Using a plastic cover over my couch which is cleaned with alcohol after each client.
• Allowing 30 minutes before and after each client for deep cleaning of the room and ventilation.
• All towels and blankets to be changed after every client and washed at 60 C.
• New client sheets to be completed via email
• Contactless payment used as much as possible
• Hand towels to be disposable
• Wash hands and use hand sanitizer before and after each client.
• Ensure that client and myself are feeling well and do not have any Covid 19 symptoms before starting treatment
• Masks to be worn by myself and my client.
Temperature checks taken before commencing treatments
• Keep distance as much as possible
